TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation Data:

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are pieces of information that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

These data, on this site, are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to ensure its proper functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. For these data, and solely for the aforementioned purpose, consent is not required.

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User:

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or the completion of the form in specific sections with mandatory and optional fields entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's information and email address, necessary to respond to requests for services and/or information. For these data, and solely for the aforementioned purpose, consent is not required.

Cookies:

No personal user data is acquired by the site in this regard.

No use is made of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are any persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracking users. The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable secure and efficient browsing of the site. The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other potentially prejudicial computer techniques for the confidentiality of users' navigation and do not allow the acquisition of the user's personal identification data.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data for the request of services and/or information. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data is processed by the data controller and by duly appointed processors for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated through electronic and paper-based tools, as well as through the use of security measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and to prevent unauthorized access. The data controller does not resort to automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set out in this statement.

PROCESSING TERMS

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and in any case for no more than 2 years from the acquisition of the data for processing purposes.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Under articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to ask the data controller for access to their personal data, or rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. The request can be made by email, fax, or registered letter with the subject line: "request from the data subject," specifying in the request the right the data subject wishes to exercise (erasure, rectification, portability, oblivion), along with a valid email address/PEC to which to send the response. The data controller or anyone appointed by them will respond to the request within 30 days of receipt. If the response is complex, the time may be extended by an additional 30 days, with timely communication to the data subject. If the data subject deems it appropriate to assert their rights, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the national privacy guarantor, located at Piazza Venezia, 11 - 00187 Rome.
